Rules & Regulations for Exhibitors

As a participant in the Global Wellness Expo 2024, we appreciate your support in upholding our Rules & Regulations. Your cooperation helps ensure a safe and successful experience while maintaining the integrity of the event, exhibitors, and sponsors.

These Rules & Regulations apply to all Global Wellness Expo 2024 locations, including surrounding city properties and partnering hotels. The “Company Contact” for your company is responsible for communicating these rules to every person representing your company at the show, which is open from 10:00 – 18:00.

Rules & Regulations for Exhibitors:

1. Exhibitors must not dismantle their exhibits or begin packing before the show closes at 18:00.

2. No promotion, distribution, or display of products, literature, bags, coupons, stickers, or any other promotional material outside of your contracted booth or sponsorship space.

3. No company branding promotion through mascots outside of your contracted booth or sponsorship space.

4. Plastic sampling cups, utensils, or other single-use serviceware are not permitted on the show floor. Companies exhibiting and sampling must use only compostable, edible, or reusable options (excluding product packaging).

5. No one under 16 years of age is allowed on the show floor during move-in and move-out periods.

6. No rolling carts, rolling bags, and strollers are permitted on the show floor during show hours of 10:00 – 18:00. Small briefcases and backpacks may be rolled in before 10:00 am.

7. Direct/retail selling is permitted on the show floor during show hours of 10:00 – 18:00.

8. Global Wellness Expo participants must adhere to the following conduct statements:

  • Treat all registered participants, staff, and vendors with mutual dignity and respect, regardless of race, gender, religion, political opinion, ability, sexual orientation, marital status, or age.
  • Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Every participant has a responsibility to foster a harassment-free environment.
  • Honor the values upon which the Global Wellness Expo is built: equity, integrity, and transparency.
  • Understand that actions have consequences; the event organizers have the right to remove and refuse entry to future events for actions against the agreed statements.

Failure to adhere to any of these policies may lead to withdrawal of badges, probation for company participation.

Violations of the Rules & Regulations may result in (but are not limited to):

Warnings – First and second violation warnings delivered to your Company Contact.

Probation Period – Further violations may result in your company being placed on probation for 12 months for all Global Wellness Expos, with potential prohibition of sponsorship/marketing renewals/purchases, deduction of historical priority points, and/or denial of attendance at future events.

By exhibiting at or attending the Global Wellness Expo, you agree to comply with this Rules & Regulations. Let’s work together to uphold our shared values and ensure a successful event for all participants.
